Board Description
The temple of Valaya
Valaya is the goddess of the hearth and the home. The desperate come to her aid for healing, but that is only a secondary role for her.

Statues of the ancestor goddess flank an altar where offerings are made. the statue on th left shows her peaceful aspect, unarmoredwith a healty infant in one arm and a tank of ale in the free hand. The other statue shows her in a mail coat and helmet with a shield held before her and her axe raised. Fresoces on the walls depict scenes from dwarf life.
