All members of our Warhammer Online guild get one bonus: A house within the clan homes. The lot of us do not need to either buy a house or to rent a room in the Screaming Grobi Inn. People outside the guild would need to either join the guild to get the housing or buy a home. The only exception to this are slayers. They of course would not want to live within the hold, and would use it as more of a staging point to go and get themselves killed.
Guild members start off with a small house. It has three rooms, one of which is the bed room, one is the living area and the last is the kitchen. Each house starts with full furniture needed, including a safe to hide your valuables in.
Other people who wish to rp with us on these boards do not start off with a house, as they are not Clan members. They can, and most likely will be respected members of these boards though.
Price List:
(This is how one can buy their own home)
*Marry a dwarf who already has a home-(x) gold crowns (This can and most likey will be an NPC. But the marriage itself will still cost you, and you will be expected to eventually find a home of your own.
*Small House (2-3 rooms) 80-150gc
*Medium Sized House (4-6 rooms) 175-250gc
*Large House (7-10 rooms) 300-500gc
*Noble's House (15+ rooms) you'll need a GM and a really big sack of gold for this...
