Couple Questions:
Full Plate Armor and Mail Coat, is that a typo or does he really have both, cuz I think that's 3AP head and 5AP everywhere else.
What exactly is Officer's Commision?

Yes he has both which means 3ap all locations and 5ap to torso, upper arms, upper legs, and knees.
As for the officer's commision it means that instead of being drafted as a front line militia, his family was rich/influential enough to have him drafted as an officer(lieutenant for now) instead.
