The Banquet Hall
As one enters the palace, they come across a hallway lighted by chandelliers hung from the cealling and guarded by a regiment of halbediers. At the end of this passage there are two doors, to the left is the coat room where valets take visitors' coats as well as any weapons, with exception of a single sword(or axe in the case of dwarves) which those of high station are allowed to keep as a show of status. While at the end of the corridor stands a massive oak gate, this leads into the banquet hall.
The banquet hall is a massive open room, taking up most of the palace's center as well as the first two stories. The upper sections of the walls are lined with materfully made stain glass windows, while the lower section is lined with mirrors which reflect the sunlight through out the room. At night the hall is illuminated entirely by magic as several orbs placed on the cealling release hundreds of small marshlights which float about the room creating quite an amazing effect which leaves most visitors speechless. To the far end of the hall is a raised platform where the prince, his family and favored retainers sit during feasts, followed by an array of serveral grand tables which gradualy lead back to the entrance, visitors are of course seated according to status. The banquet hall also serves as a meeting place for affairs of state, at the end of each month the officials of Yetzinburg as well as a few commoners are allowed to enter the palace to voice their opinions as well as report on the progress of the town, the prince himself has rarely made an appearance in the past decade prefering to leave these dull affairs to his chamberlain.

The Kitchen
Situated at either side of the raised platform are two small wooden doors which lead down into part of the basement, there can be found the kitchen as well as a large store room. The prince employs three elven cooks, not carring much for human cuisine and considering halflings far too dubious to be worth keeping around, as well as many humans who assist with more mundane chores such as fetching food from the store house and cleaning the dishes.

The East Wing
This lavishly decorated wing serves as the domicile of Caldath's servants and their families, though in truth these rooms are fit for all but the pickiest of nobles. Servants and their families are given rooms here based on their status, the higher up one's residence the more favored he is.
--- --- --- --- --- --- --- ---
The West Wing
Much the same as the east wing the west wing contains the guest rooms for visitors of high station as well as diplomates. Though it has considerably less but even grander rooms, the fourth floor contains a massive sona and pool complexe, which guests as well as particularly favored servants are free to use at their lessure. While the fifth floor contains Caldath weapons room and a training area.
--- --- --- --- --- --- --- ---
The Weapons Room
Taking almost the entirety of the fifth story in the West Wing, Caldath's weapon room is truely a sight to behold, the walls are lined from top to buttom with weapons from all over the known world, from elven bows, to dwarven axes, Nipponeese swords and even a few black powder weapons, though it is worth noting these crude weapons are kept out of reach and never used, their presence being simply a decoritive one. To the far north end of the room are several coats of armour typical of the highest ranking members of the world's most powerfull military nations.
There is even a suit a gromril armour quite how or where the prince obtained it is unknown, but the dwarves have on several occasions petitioned to have it returned to them, each time they got the same reply; "I shall only surrender this armour to a dwarf worthy of it." Quite what Caldath means by it is unknown, since no dwarf, reguardless of how noble his blood or long his beard, has met the prince's standard of worthy.

The Library
Situated on the the first floor of the central tower is a room with the walls lined entirely by book cases filled from ancient Khermrian scrolls to the latest Reikland novels. Rumour has it a few books of magical power are hidden amongst their mundane counter parts, the prince having forgotten about their power or simply not considering them dangerous enough to keep in the sanctum.(OOC: No one is allowed past this point with out the prince's express permission, to do otherwise is to invite a swift and painfull death.)

The Trophy Room
A level above the library is the prince's trophy room, containing many artifacts some magical others of particular sentimental value, taken from slain enemies.
Grish'zlathuk: The prince's first and by far favorite trophy. The reconstructed skeletal fraim of the mighty Deamon Prince stands in the center of the room held together by bolts and supports, the deamon still wears it's hellforged armour which still sports the deep gashes from Caldath's blade. While the beast's massive runeblade was given to Borak Svarson as thanks for the aid of his Clan.
Alatia's Vestemants: Situated to the east of the room, in a glass covered case are the garments and weapons of the Vampire Lord Alatia the Radiants. An exquisite red and gold silk dress which is rumoured to be enchanted, as well as a scarrab amulet and black leaf-bladed sword with pulsing red runes are all that remainded of the vampiress after she was beheaded by the prince and her corpse crumbled to dust. Next to this case is an other identical one but it is empty and has been kept as such for nearly seventy years, though no one knows this the prince is keeping this case for the trophies he will eventualy be forced to collect from the corpse of his former mistress, Shara.
Grodtuth Kydnee-Puncha: To the north end of the room, on a small stone pedistal enscribed with the name Warlord Grodtuth Kydnee-Puncha, stands another reconstructed skeleton clad in crude and torn armour, this one being that of the orc warlord which Caldath bested at the battle of the Fey Woods, his enchanted great axe and helmet are lain at his feet.
The Trophy Rack: Set up against the western wall of the trophy room is a shelf containing various items taken from defeated enemies or paid in tribute to the prince. Promonantly displayed among them is a long serated dagger forged of blueish-gray steel and encrusted with rubies, said to have been taken from the corpse of an assassin posing as a traveling elven noble some 55 years ago who stumbled upon Caldath, on his way to more important 'business' with the count of Wisenland. Other such trophies of note are the rapier of Otto von Wiener, a noble of Mesembria who led a short lived rebellion against the prince and met a very messy end, as well as various staves, totems, weapons etc etc... taken from the corpses of vanquished enemies, from rogue wizards to cultists to shamans etc etc...

Ianthuil & Allarya's Chambers
A level above the trophy room is a small hall way at the end of which are stairs to Caldath and Astarielle's chamber, while to each side are the doors to four rooms, the first two being those of the twins Ianthuil and Allarya. The third room is said to contain a nest were a particularly large egg taken from the mountains is rumoured to be incubating, some claim it is a dragon's egg, others say it is gryphon's egg, while others maintain quite sensibly that the room is simply empty because the prince does not have enough children to lodge there. The fourth room is said to be the room of Ianthuil and Allarya's younger sibbling, born a little more than a decade or so ago when the princess did not make a public appearance for more than two years, though the official line was that she was spending time with her kin in the fey woods. How ever if this is true no one has seen the child or those who have are not willing to speak of it to others.
On a side note Guidreaux of Parrivon, a master thief worshiping Ranald was found dead a few years ago on this floor as he undoubtably tried to rob the tower, there were niether bruises nor signs of a struggle but he bore a sheer look of terror on his face and it seemed as though he died of a heart attack...

Caldath's Chambers
This lavish chamber takes up the entire floor, there can be found a massive four poster bed with sheets made of fine silk and trimmed with gold as well other valuables such as jewelry and the exquisite clothes of Caldath's wife.
--- --- --- --- --- --- --- ---
The Sanctum
The final story of this tower contains Caldath's sanctum, quite what is up there is unknown, bit it is said to be a laboratory were the prince spends much of his time conducting magical experiments.
