The Winters Teeth pass is a mighty pathway carved into the living rock of the mountains, heading South-East, towards Yetsinburg. The path begins very wide, enough to allow three carts to easily pass each other, but as the road travels higher and higher up the mountain, the path becomes more restrictive.
However, the road is dwarf made, sturdy, and mostly flat (not detrimental to cart wheels, it does have an incline obviously) The veiws on the pass are spectacular, and due to the hard work of many dwarf masons, it takes a particularly harsh winter to block the road, and even when it does, the design makes it simple to shovel the snow off the clift to the floor bellow.
The biggest danger on this path is getting into any sort of trouble near the cliff face, a trick that some local goblin raiders are said to use alot.
However, rumour has it that the dark powers are stiring in the north, and the winds of chaos begin to turn into a blustering gale.
Greenskins from the badlands begin a pilgrimage north to fight against this new chalange (Archaon), and that means passing through the black and grey mountains for most of them.
In addition, hoardes of ravening Beastmen are begining to wade into the Loren forest, and though around 96% of the creatures fail to make it through, the sheer number of the foes means that some ultimatly make it out the other side.
Also, the main force of beastmen has yet to arrive, in high summer, (fortunatly when the forest is strongest)
the armies of the true children of chaos will surely test the Asrai to breaking point...
What can be fought here? (rarely but in increasing no.s)
Goblins, goblin wolf riders, Orcs, Beastmen (mainly gors and ungors)
